The following terms apply to all users of the Longevity Peptides website and to anyone placing an order through it. By accessing this site and/or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Intended Use

All products sold by Longevity Peptides are formulated strictly for external cosmetic use only. They are not intended for ingestion, injection, or medical treatment, and are not approved by the FDA for any therapeutic purpose. You agree to use these products solely as directed and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes a legally binding commitment to pay. Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or stop-payments may result in legal action, permanent loss of access to our store, and/or reporting to appropriate authorities, including online business owners groups on social media & like platforms to protect other business owners.

Longevity Peptides reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of discounts, coupons, or pricing.

Pricing Errors & Order Accuracy

While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical, system, or supplier error, Longevity Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s). We are not obligated to honor pricing or promotional errors under any circumstances.

Coupon Code Misuse & Promotional Restrictions

Certain discount codes, such as “PAYBYCRYPTO25,” are valid only when used with their designated payment method or as explicitly stated in the promotion.

Orders placed using coupon codes or promotions not intended for the customer’s payment type, customer group, or promotional period will be automatically canceled and will not be shipped.

In these cases, refunds will not be issued in cash. Instead, a store credit minus a 5% processing fee will be applied to the customer’s account to cover transaction and administrative costs.

Repeated misuse, stacking of unauthorized discounts, or other attempts to exploit system loopholes may result in permanent account suspension or order refusal.

Shipping & Responsibility

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once your package is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Longevity Peptides’ responsibility for the package ends. We do not have access to carrier systems beyond what is publicly available and cannot respond to inquiries regarding tracking updates or delivery estimates.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

We do not issue refunds or reshipments for packages marked as delivered or in transit by the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or misdelivered, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.

Refunds & Order Corrections

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if we cannot fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or confirmed internal error.

If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your package, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Verified issues caused by Longevity Peptides will be rectified through replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not issue refunds for customer error, change of mind, or failure to read product descriptions or policies.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Longevity Peptides, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Longevity Peptides and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse, improper handling, or violation of these Terms of Sale.

Longevity Peptides makes no warranties or representations regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of its products for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Peptides disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Compliance & Legal Requirements

You affirm that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and use our products in your jurisdiction and that you will comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Longevity Peptides reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to customers who engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unreasonable behavior.

Website Availability

While we strive to keep the Longevity Peptides website operational 24/7, we are not liable for any interruptions, downtime, or loss of access to the website or its services.

Age Requirement & Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, have read and agreed to these Terms of Sale, understand that once your package ships, our responsibility ends, and agree not to request tracking updates or refunds related to shipping issues.
