Terms of Sale
The following Terms of Sale apply to all visitors and customers of Longevity Peptides. By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Intended Use
All products sold by Longevity Peptides are intended for external cosmetic use only.
Our products are not intended for ingestion, injection, medical treatment, diagnosis, or prevention of disease, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for therapeutic use.
By purchasing from Longevity Peptides, you agree to use all products only as directed and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Payment Terms
Submitting an order constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the products ordered.
Longevity Peptides reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit future purchases if we believe an order involves fraud, abuse, chargebacks, payment disputes, pricing manipulation, coupon misuse, or other attempts to exploit our ordering system.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may be pursued through all available legal remedies.
Pricing Errors & Website Accuracy
While we work hard to ensure all pricing, descriptions, images, and product information are accurate, errors occasionally occur.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to a typographical error, website issue, software malfunction, supplier error, or other mistake, Longevity Peptides reserves the right to cancel or refuse any affected order—even if payment has already been received.
If payment has already been processed, the customer will receive either:
• Store credit for the amount paid, or
• A refund, at our sole discretion.
We are not obligated to honor pricing mistakes, promotional errors, or obvious typographical errors.
Most of our customers are honest and notify us when they notice pricing mistakes rather than attempting to take advantage of them. We sincerely appreciate customers who support small businesses in that way.
Coupons, Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid only under the specific terms of the promotion.
Certain discounts (such as cryptocurrency payment discounts) may only be used with qualifying payment methods.
Coupon codes may not be stacked unless explicitly stated.
Examples of prohibited use include combining:
• Affiliate discounts
• Promotional sale discounts
• Cryptocurrency discounts
• Other coupon codes
into a single order.
Orders placed using unauthorized combinations of discounts or promotions may be canceled.
If an order is canceled because of promotional misuse, any applicable processing fees incurred by Longevity Peptides may be deducted from any store credit or refund where permitted by law.
Repeated attempts to manipulate pricing, exploit discount systems, or abuse promotional offers may result in permanent refusal of future service.
Our Philosophy
We work hard to offer premium products at fair prices.
We regularly run promotions of approximately 20–25% off. Attempting to combine multiple discounts into one order simply isn't sustainable for a small business.
We value customers who support honest business practices and respect the effort that goes into producing quality products.
If you treat our business fairly, we'll do everything we can to earn your business for years to come.
Shipping
Orders generally ship within 2–5 business days, although processing times may vary.
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to that carrier.
Tracking updates and delivery estimates are controlled entirely by the shipping carrier.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
Longevity Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
If your shipment is lost, delayed, damaged in transit, or misdelivered, you should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.
Returns, Refunds & Order Corrections
Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only when:
• We are unable to fulfill your order.
• We shipped the incorrect item.
• A verified internal fulfillment error occurred.
If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Verified fulfillment errors will be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
Refunds are not available for:
• Customer ordering mistakes
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Change of mind
• Improper use of products
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Longevity Peptides, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longevity Peptides and its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.
