Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns of peptides, sarms, or other chems after they have been purchased. However, we will re-ship if your products arrive damaged. Our products are packaged securely and they are very durable. We have never had a damaged peptide or dropper bottle. Please contact us at longevitypeptides@protonmail.com for further instructions should you experience a damaged product.
If a shipment has been lost by the carrier (USPS) and is confirmed as undelivered, we will reship at no cost and handle USPS.
However, if the delivery confirmation shows "delivered," our guarantee has been fulfilled, and we will not reship free of charge.
If a product is missing from your order, please contact us, and once we verify the claim, we will send the missing item. All orders are documented and photographed before shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.
How are chargebacks handled?
Chargebacks are taken very seriously and will be treated as potential fraud against our company. If you've changed your mind about a product, it does not warrant filing a fraudulent usage claim. Please reach out to us with any concerns regarding your product so we can discuss options.
